MET Central Europe's natural gas wholesale business at its Hungarian headquarters bridges trading and end-consumer sales expertise, connecting Central and Eastern European with Western European markets through cross-border solutions.

By connecting regions, we are continuously developing energy markets and creating new business opportunities via our existing business relationships, which include international and regional energy trading companies, system operators and large industrial consumers.

We offer competitive natural gas trading products to our wholesale partners:

Natural gas deliveries at virtual or physical points
Time-swaps: delivery and subsequent offtake at the same network point (virtual or physical) in different time periods
Location swaps: simultaneous delivery and offtake at different network points
Storage service: a seasonal or short-term service involving injection and withdrawal, where delivery by the partner precedes withdrawal by the partner in time
Flexibility service: typically a short-term service, in which the partner has the option to swap delivery and offtake in time
Logistics service: physical transport of gas between two network points using system capacities
Options: any option to buy or sell any of the above products.

In addition to the above, MET Central Europe's natural gas wholesale business has several long-term storage, LNG regasification and cross-border capacity positions in the region.
